Indianapolis (Dec. 18, 2009) – The Retirement Services division at American United Life Insurance Company® (AUL), a OneAmerica company, has received five best in class awards from PLANSPONSOR magazine’s 2009 Defined Contribution Survey.
The division received one Best in Class trophy for participant services and four Best in Class trophies for sponsor services in the small market segment, which PLANSPONSOR defines as $5-$50 million in assets.

The results are determined by a seven-point satisfaction survey that is distributed to AUL Retirement Services plan sponsors and PLANSPONSOR magazine’s database. AUL Retirement Services received a total of 341 total responses with the top industries represented, including manufacturing, health care (nonprofit), nonprofit/endowment foundation.
