President

As president, Bill Knarr is focused on guiding R.E. Moulton, Inc. to future growth and success while maintaining the superior service, integrity and innovation for which the firm is so well-known in the marketplace.

Bill joined R.E. Moulton in 1995 as executive vice president. A cum laude graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in insurance administration, Bill began his insurance career with ITT Hartford. For the majority of his tenure with that company, Bill was vice president and director of group underwriting. From 1988 to 1991, Bill was vice president and director of national account management.

In 1991, he joined BMA in Kansas City as vice president of group underwriting and managed health care. Bill was also vice president and executive director of Selectcare, Inc., BMA's health maintenance organization.

Following BMA's decision to exit the medical business, Bill joined Life Re in Stamford, CT, as senior vice president of sales and marketing.
