Medical Insurance

Three medical plans are available to best suit your family's needs: a $500 deductible PPO plan, a $1,000 deductible PPO plan, and a High Deductible Health Plan with Health Savings Account. All plans include prescription drug coverage and preventive care paid at 100%.

Health Care Spending Account

This provides you with a tax-effective means of paying for health and related expenses not covered by medical, dental or vision plans. You can deposit up to $4,500 in pretax funds each year to pay for eligible expenses for you or any eligible family member.

Wellness Screening

To help protect your physical well-being, the OneAmerica enterprise supports periodic wellness screenings and exams conducted on-site.

Retirement Plan and Trust

Our defined benefit plan provides you with a monthly benefit when you retire. The amount of the benefit depends upon plan participation, income and whether you retire early or at a normal retirement age.

Progress Sharing Plan and Trust

Our defined contribution plan allows you to put aside money for your retirement.

401(k)

The Progress Sharing Plan allows you to save a portion of each paycheck through payroll deductions. Most employees can contribute up to 30 percent of their salaries. An employer match is available.

Voluntary After-Tax Program

The Progress Sharing Plan also gives you an after-tax savings option. Most employees can elect to withhold between 1 and 10 percent of their regular compensation.

Performance Bonus

Cash bonuses are given to employees when enterprise goals are met each quarter. You may receive up to 3 percent of your quarterly base compensation.

Off-Duty Pay Allowance

This allows payment for time taken due to minor illness or injury or other personal reasons.

Short-Term Disability

This provides for time off with pay for illnesses that extend beyond 15 days. The benefit is 60 percent of your weekly income to a maximum of $1,500.

Long-Term Disability

This provides you with continued income if you are disabled for longer than 120 days. The benefit amount is 60 percent of your base monthly salary.

Life Insurance

This provides your family with a benefit in the event of your death. Dependent coverage is also available.

Vacation

You earn vacation based on your years of service. Vacation during your first year is determined by your date of hire.

Holidays

The OneAmerica enterprise observes ten paid holidays each year for full-time associates.

Jury Duty

You receive your full pay if you are called to serve jury duty for five days or fewer, plus any stipend or reimbursement given by the local government.

Bereavement

You may take from one to five days, depending on your relationship to the deceased.

Professional Development

We provide you with tuition reimbursement, training opportunities and career development programs to ensure your continuous development and performance improvement.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The EAP is a free resource available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It offers confidential, high-quality information and support for personal and family issues, such as stress, depression, relationships and substance abuse.

Conveniences and Discounts

The OneAmerica enterprise offers discounts on such items as movie tickets, theme park admissions, sporting events, fitness memberships, cell phones and bus passes. A concierge service is also located in the OneAmerica Tower. A state-of-the-art fitness facility is also one of our tenants, and you may join at a reduced rate.

Business Choice Dress Policy

We want you to be productive and comfortable, so we have implemented a dress policy that allows you to wear clothing appropriate to your work.

Food Service

The OneAmerica Tower has an on-site cafeteria open for breakfast and lunch. Employees are eligible for a lunch discount by showing your company ID badge.

Parking

The OneAmerica enterprise provides free parking in one of our secure and convenient lots.

Service Awards

Service awards are presented at five-year intervals, beginning with your fifth year of service.

Dependent Care Spending Account

You can deposit up to $5,000 pre-tax to an account each year, subject to IRS restrictions, to cover expenses incurred for dependent care.

Adoption Assistance

If you are adopting a child, you may receive $2,500 upon finalization of the adoption.

Matching Grant Program

To encourage support of educational institutions, OneAmerica will match your contributions, from $100 to a maximum of $2,500.

Community Involvement

You are encouraged to participate in community events. In some instances, you can receive a day's pay while participating in a OneAmerica-endorsed community service event.
